The Essence…

As a Pagan, artist, and multidimensional healer. My practice is a daily embodiment of ritual, spirit, source, and alignment. I live in a healthy balance of Ether and Earth that I have been crafting and building a relationship with for nearly a decade. I am on a deeply spiritual journey, through exploring healing, Reiki, plant medicine, writing, meditation and simply being. This inner work I have discovered, holds profound truths about self that has broken me free from limiting societal beliefs that were weighing me down as a human being. Today I work with the elements, the moon, herbs, intuition and spirit, and the masculine and feminine nature of self to cultivate healing through energy work and art. Now, I choose to help guide others to awaken their mystical essence, step into self-actualization, and realign with their highest timeline if they feel called too. I see myself as a living mirror, here walking between worlds looking for those who also feel the same calling. Words and labels cannot fully capture what I do, so I simply embody the medicine of spirit and allow it to flow wherever it is needed. I hold space and invite those who feel called to remember themselves, awaken innately god given dormant gifts, and help others embrace their highest potential to step fully into their essence as a spiritual being having a human experience.

Currently I am Long Island based but will freely flow where the wind takes me. I host meditative / reiki infused workshops, sound healing collaboration, intuitive readings, create custom sustainable artwork from Earth and Ether, post insightful videos on TikTok, currently writing a book, and elevating my voice space. I am here to guide, mirror and hold space for your evolution of spirit of the human body through whatever your soul needs or our souls could need together! Would love to connect!
